Services

CNC machining

A method of fabrication for prototyping and high-volume production that utilizes programmable computer software for ultimate precision and efficiency. CNC machining is capable of producing parts with extreme accuracy. The tolerance levels of CNC machines are set to are ±0.005 mm to ±0.01 mm. Such precision guarantees that parts produced shall be of the same quality over and over again.

Precision Hole Punching

A technique that drives a punch through the material into a die to create and hold a desired shape. It is an efficient, cost-effective and versatile technique that allows for the creation of holes, slots, and other features in extruded aluminum components.

We have two high precision nonferrous cutting saws that will hold + or – tolerances as tight as .005”. This tight-tolerance cutting requires skilled workers and specialized saw blades in order to provide a quality cut with little or no noticeable saw burr. We can provide straight, miter or angle cuts of different degrees.
